Right before the launch of the GoPro Hero8 I put this video out as a vertical version on IGTV. I wanted to also have horizontal version for YouTube, but found myself pretty busy in the several months since I created it.

This is a brief history that explains why if you see me out shooting, it's probably with a tiny camera in tow. It isn't that I don't also shoot with other cameras, it's just that this one is an odd combination of being both a challenge to shoot with, which I love, and such a joy to carry around. I don't need to lug heavy glass and big tripods and mess with all that. So at photography meetups I always seem to get the question of why I'm out there shooting with this little camera instead of a DSLR. Other shooters start to see why after the shoot when we're all showing each other the shots we were able to get. The quality of the images, mixed with the fact that it can literally go anywhere give us a huge advantage and allows for more creativity.
